Terms (Initial below):
Brazzell Marketing Agency, Inc. (BMA) agrees to:
- Consult with the client by telephone to determine good advertising strategies for the client.
- Determine, through consultation, an ideal target audience for your ads and set up the NewsLink Target Marketing campaign in such a way that paid ads only appear for the specified target audience. This may involve known purchase intent, age, income, gender, and geography. NewsLink Target Marketing is also able to target by associated content types and a host of demographic/psychographic factors, such as profession, seeking employment, parental status, education, employment industry, and more.
- Provide text and photos for ads, consistent with the formats needed by the publishers.
- As needed, edit ads and create additional ads.
- Place ads on apps such as Weatherbug and Yahoo Mail, blogs, and news websites such as Yahoo!, AOL, CBS News, Associated Press, USA Today, etc. Your ads will appear on what your target audience is reading, rather than being placed on specific channels. Therefore, the placements will vary.
- Report to you and adjust settings and content as needed, every 30 days. Reports will include number of views, cost per impression, number of website visits, where the ads displayed, and more.
Fees: The fee/advertising-level selected below will be charged as services begin and then every 30 days. The client agrees that BMA should make the first charge to the credit card on file at the time of initial consultation. This will cover the consultation, campaign creation, and 30-days’ advertising in NewsLink Target Marketing. BMA will continue to charge the amount specified below, automatically, to the credit card on file as each 30-day episode begins.
Cancellation: The client may cancel at any time by any means of communication, preferably email.
