Terms (Initial below)
For $45, we agree to provide four, custom-designed, logo icons
from which to choose. You will have exclusive rights to one chosen
logo icon. After you choose an icon, we will add the text of the
company name. We will provide a PNG logo file, guaranteed to work
on your office software. It will be large enough to use on
folders, on billboards, and on a 33.5”-wide retractable banner
stand. The file will have a transparent back, so you can use it
over different color backgrounds without seeing a white box around
the logo. We agree to a logo design with an icon on the left and
text on the right. Other positioning for the icon may be
available, but we do not guarantee any other layout for the base
price. The icon will tend to be as tall as it is wide. The logo
file will be 1024 pixels high and wide enough for the uses
specified above. The logo file will have blank space inside all
four edges, such that the content does not go all the way to the
edges. To help us maintain your economy pricing, the base fee will
not include more than what is specified above.
We will send logo options and the logo file to the email you
provide. You agree to
contact us if you are
not receiving emails.
We are happy to do more work than what is specified above for
additional fees. You may request additional sets of four more logo
options for $20 per set. After placing your order, you may call to
discuss your logo. You may email instructions to our graphic
designers to alter any aspect of the logos. Such additional
consultation, conversation, and graphic design work is all
billable and will be charged to your credit card according to our
normal
time-fee rate.
