One-Hour Initial Consultation by Video Meeting

All services in this package pertain to setup with Helcim.com.

  • Set up the promotional offer. You pay no processing fees for the first $5,000 in charges.
  • Input the business identity (have your bank account information ready and either your Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number).
  • Connect Helcim with your bank account for automatic deposits.
  • Set up your employees who will use the system.
  • Walk through PCI compliance reporting.
  • Get training in how to create invoices and email them with a pay online option.
  • Secure needed access to your website if Brazzell Marketing Agency did not design it.

The package price covers up to one hour of consultation. Additional consultation is available on a time-fee basis and will increase the cost. While most clients will accomplish all objectives in the one-hour consultation, some clients will need additional consultation.

Additional Development Work

After the consultation, Brazzell Marketing Agency works independently and reports back to you.

  • Set up your customer portal and put it on your website. Customers can see and download past receipts, change their payment method on file, and update their contact information.
  • Set up an online payment page and put it on your website.
  • Update your company’s DMARC email settings as needed for PCI compliance.
  • Set up payment methods, including ACH bank draft options.
  • Set up the online fee saver. Clients not paying by bank draft (ACH) pay a credit-card surcharge of about 3%, to cover your credit card costs. This is not available in some states.
  • Set up automatic retries. If a credit card declines, try to charge it again, automatically, three times over a week or month.
  • Brand and set up your online invoice template.
  • Brand and set up your online receipt template.
  • Set up automated emails to customers.
    • Receipts.
    • Credit card decline notifications.
    • Transaction reversal notifications.
    • Refund notifications.
    • Automatic emails when a credit card on file is expiring soon. Clients can update their credit card on file independently before their next payment is due.
    • Automatic emails to alert customers of upcoming automatic billing, such as for monthly or annual billing plans.
