Terms (Initial below):
Brazzell Marketing Agency, Inc. (BMA) agrees to:

Consult with the client by telephone to determine good
advertising strategies for the client.

Determine, through consultation, an ideal target audience
for your ads and set up the Video Target Marketing campaign
in such a way that paid ads only play for the specified
target audience. Most often this will involve specifying
age, income, gender, and geography. Video Target Marketing
is also able to target by associated content types and a
host of demographic/psychographic factors, such as people in
healthcare, seeking employment, parental status, education,
employment industry, and more.

Create a 15-second video commercial at no additional charge.

As needed, create up to one new commercial every 90 days, at
no additional charge.

Get approval from the client before new commercials are
activated.

Place ads on streaming video/television services, such as TV
Land, Hallmark TV, TBS, A&E, YouTube, Pluto TV, Tubi TV,
etc., as well as on mobile apps that use video commercials.
Your ads will appear on what your target audience is
watching, rather than being placed on specific channels.
Therefore, the networks and shows will vary.

Report to you and adjust settings as needed, every 90 days.
Reports will include number of views, cost per impression,
demographic distribution, devices used to view the ads,
channels/shows where the ads played, etc.
Fees: The fee/advertising-level selected below will be
charged as services begin and then every 90 days. The client
agrees that BMA should make the first charge to the credit card
on file at the time of initial consultation. This will cover the
consultation, commercial writing & production, and 90-days’
advertising in Video Target Marketing. BMA will continue to
charge the amount specified below to the credit card on file
before working on the next 90-day episode of advertising. BMA
may work on the next episode of advertising up to two weeks
before the current episode expires.
Cancellation: The client may cancel at any time by any
means of communication, such as an email.
Commercials: Under this agreement, commercials consist of
15 seconds of production, which may include background music in
our inventory, voice-over, custom graphics, and stock video from
our inventory. Other production elements can be available at
additional fees.
Terms of Service: By submitting this order, you agree to the
Client Terms of Service.
